The lockout may be in full force but in approximately six weeks there will still be a draft and teams may trade draft picks for draft picks. With the Jaguars holding the 16th overall selection in the first round, we will examine which teams could be good trading partners for Jacksonville.

Here is the current order of the 2011 draft and how the respective teams could fit as trading partners with Jacksonville: Round 1 1. Carolina Panthers (2-14)- Can't trade up for the #1 pick, entirely too expensive. 2. Denver Broncos (4-12)- Far too expensive. 3. Buffalo Bills (4-12)- Still too expensive. 4.
