| Matt Willig is a solid blocker at the point of attack, but struggles in space. Despite solid technique, his speed and quickness are in decline and has problems containing the outside speed rush. Once engaging in contact, Willig can be a force due to his physical strength, long arms, and wide base. Displays the ability to play low, but is slow getting in and out of his stance and is susceptible to the double move. Willig remains a viable option as a short-term player due to his diminishing physical skills. |
