Offensive Tackle Jordan Gross was named to his first Pro Bowl and likely will start at right tackle opposite of Walter Jones from Seattle. Julius Peppers was also named a starter at defensive end, rebounding from a sub-par 2007 campaign. Jon Beason was named a reserve at middle linebacker behind San Francisco's Patrick Willis.
