The Carolina Panthers will get their first look of their newly revamped offensive and defensive lines when the Panthers kick-off their 2008 mini camp today.

Although QB Jake Delhomme and first-round draft pick Jonathan Stewart won't participate on the field, they both should be in attendance for the meetings portion of the camp. Matt Moore and DeAngelo Williams will be the starters at their positions at least through the camp.

Julius Peppers may be rushing the QB from the right side this season. With most of the QBs in the division being right-handed now, it makes more sense to have Peppers, the team's best pass rusher, attacking quarterbacks from the blind side.

The Panthers' other first round pick, Jeff Otah, more than likely will begin his tenure as the team's right tackle. The plan is to start him off at right tackle, and then switch him to left tackle after a season or two.

Free safety will be another position to watch. It's likely that veteran Terrance Holt will begin camp as the starter, however it's expected that third-round pick Charles Godfrey will exit training camp as the starter.
